祝轩,男,汉族,1994年11月生,湖南沅江人,中共党员,工学博士。主要研究方向为沥青混合料图像处理与三维重构、颗粒物质的离散元数值仿真等,发表学术论文10余篇;授权发明专利2项,授权软件著作权1项;主持湖南省研究生科研重点项目1项;参与国家重大仪器研制计划,科技部重点研发计划,国家自科面上项目等多项课题研究,参加国际华人基础设施工作者协会(IACIP)主办的学术研讨会,并获最佳Poster奖,同时荣获博士研究生国家奖学金等奖励。
